For application - Out in the field - we come to the site where the waterproofing needs to be done. We inspect the area that needs waterproofing with measurements to follow. The quotation is then been sent to the client for approval.
For DIY products - orders are taken, invoice emailed to client, once payment has been received, the order gets released from our head office for shipment to the customer directly.
