Project Management is an integral part of our service offering and enables us to manage the process from start to finish, ensuring that our clients are 100% satisfied at the completion of any specific project.
The intial stage of any project will involve meeting with the client and making sure that the brief is fully understood and expectations are managed. This often requires travelling to clients, who may be located overseas, in Africa or in any one of the nine provinces of South Africa. Once a job has been confirmed, planning and production begins in our factory and tenders are put out for other resources, making use of our many loyal contractors, with whom we have developed a close working relationship over the years. At RMS SHOPFITTING we pride ourselves in our quick turnaround times and quality workmanship. Our Project Managers will ensure that every job is flawless – from quotation to handing over the keys to your store.
