How do you normally charge for your service?

On average R1850 pp installation incl. materials. These prices are dependent upon site inspection. Costs are normally calculated and bulked into one total after site inspection.

What makes your pricing competitive?

R1850 is well below an average per point installation of our competitors pricing. Other companies charges from R2000 up till R3000 per point installation.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Ensure that your water meter reader is not moving when all taps are closed. You can extend the life of your geyser by replacing the Anode every 18 months. Check your geyser overflow pipes, ensure not more than 1lt is released per day, could mean faulty valves.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Are there existing water and waste points? Are there drainage connections.? Is there a geyser installed? Is it a pressure geyser or a gravity geyser. Are all your waste outlets blocked, eg. basin, sink

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We do guarantee our work for 1 year. Our guarantee is based on the installation. We are currently not insured.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Do you charge a call out fee and how much? What is your price per point installation? What will the charge be for a specific item replacement? How long will the job take to complete?

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

After years in the industry I can honestly say that we have had a less than 5% return for snags on all the jobs we've done. This is done by doing proper testing after installations or repairs have been completed. We have retained close to 100% of our customers.
