I have been working in the power solution industry for 7 years with hands on experience on lots of inverters, solar and batteries as well as the electrical connections and fault finding.

Backup power solutions, custom sized solutions to suite your needs.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I charge per hour for all inspections and faultfinding. There is no callout fee if you make use of my service to either install a system or work for longer as 1 hour. If my service/solution is not accepted a call out fee will be charged starting from R350

What makes your pricing competitive?

I offer good trusted "brand name" products at a low price point.

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Uptasker customers?

I will give R50 per hour discount for labor cost and 2% overall price discount on backup power solution systems.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Narrow down the fault that you are experiencing on your power. Know what you want done on your backup/non backup circuits. Have a video/ picture of the fault or problem if possible. Make sure the area where we need to work is accessible so we don't have to use 'paid time' to make way.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

On electrical work, as close as possible diagnostic of the problem, or planned proposal of the work that needs to be done. On backup. Installation location to determine cables and work needed, system size or specs wanted.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

I offer the used products warrantee. I offer a workmanship warrantee.

Do they put safety and quality first? Is it a fast solution or is it the rite solution? Do you cut corners to save money and get the job or are you charging more but doing it rite?

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

I have installed more than 300 backup power solutions We do it right the first time Take 1 day longer but quality comes first. Listen to what the client wants.
