Our Building and Structural Inspection division has adopted holistic multi-disciplinary management type of approach on all services offered of which, building/structural survey is one of them, under which pre-purchase inspection, essentials inspection, commercial and residential structural integrity check, structural defects and monitoring falls under it. This service is conducted by a team comprising of experienced building/home inspector, construction cost estimator and professional civil engineer.

Ask for advice first. Explain the problems the way you have experience/see it. Always take as many photos as possible for the defects and send them to the service provider.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Age, size and quality of property. Photos of the defects.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Am not an insured business. To guarantee my work there is a legal agreement signed between myself and the customer, it stipulate all terms and conditions of the service to be offered and it is binding.

Experiences and skills Relevant training and qualifications References (i.e. previous customer/s).

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

Type of communication between myself and customer. Time management. Good site practice. Respect.
