We run a company with low overheads so we can be very competitive. We have been around since 2007 and are still going.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Run your geyser on a timer. I personally use a Hellermann Tyton Smart WiFi switch that connects to my phone. I schedule the time when the geyser turns on or off normally and scan schedule emergency times anyway. The switch sits in the DB and can be manually overridden by pushing the button on the switch to turn the geyser on. This switch pays for itself (including installation in less than 3 months, so a return on investment of about 400%.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

1) What is your daily / monthly electricity usage? 2) How much roof / awning space do you have looking North, East and West? 3) Do you have shade / tree cover on your roof / awning? 4) What are you expecting to run on this system?

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Our workmanship is guaranteed and our Hybrid Solar Inverter products typically come with a 5-10 year warranty. The workmanship guarantee stays active as long as no-one modifies the original installation.
