I am devoted to improving the health of my clients, and offer fitness classes which include Pilates, Yoga, weight training, stretching, army-style boot camps, water aerobics, tennis, swimming classes, as well as life coaching and nutrition.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Start a good sleeping regime so that you are fresh for your classes, walk as much as you possibly can so that you are as fit as possible before you start the classes and invite your friends so that you can be sure to have a group class rather than a one-on-one class, if you are sociable, and dont have special needs which requires one-on-one constant attention.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

The health history of my client, their age and that they are dedicated to their goals.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Only public liability insurance at my private premises. My work is guaranteed to make a change in their lives, as it is tailor made to suit their needs.
