Every request is assessed and priced individually to ensure the solution provided is tailored to the client's specific requirements. From the discovery call / questionnaire we craft a proposal detailing the scope of work, estimated timelines, deliverables and milestones and payment tranches. No work is done without an upfront deposit as per proposed work/contract. This indicates to us the commitment and seriousness of the client to the project. We invest a lot of effort and resources to ensuring clients receive the best we can offer, and expect the same level of dedication and commitment prior to commencing the work.

Our pricing is broken down per service which allows the client flexibility in choosing what they can commence with whilst they raise funding for the rest of the project. Most small business owners jump into starting businesses without really thinking about the brand and future of the company they are building. Success becomes accidental, rather than a deliberate effort. We believe this mindset needs to change. Small business owners need to think of their businesses as lasting legacies that can be passed down from generation to generation and whose success can be replicated. Step 1: Build a brand not just another entity, but give your company a personality and treat it like a living object. Step 2: Create and apply processes in what you do, that way you can measure success, identify areas of improvement and replicate this system for other businesses that you might venture into. Step 3: Don't cut or skimp on your marketing budget. Marketing and branding are key to attracting the right calibre of clients. You want to create a good first impression, especially online. Invest adequately on it and you will reap the rewards.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Know mission and vision of the company, why they are requesting a particular service, what objective they intend to meet, and how the requested service fits into the overall picture of the business. To help in this process I usually share a brand discovery questionnaire to better understand who I am working with and what they intend to achieve.
