  Truly disappointing experience working with NGO Heights. A simple paint job that should have been completed in 1 -2 days took weeks and months of following up and was never completed. The excuse was that he could not find paint readily available in hardware / paint shops. The flat looked worse than before he started. Please don't waste your time with these guys.
