Our charge is normally quoted on how long we think the project will take us to complete and not on squared meterage like most other companies.

We don't make more money if you building is more expensive. For us its about customer satisfaction.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
We always meet on site so you can explain your wish list to us.
We then quote you formally. If you are happy to proceed.
We then prepare a sketch using the information you gave us, our experience and the municipality by laws.
3D's are automatically done using our 3D drawing program.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Yes we are insured up to R5 million per claim lodged against NextSpace Pty Ltd.
