The Company NATIONAL & OVERSEAS MODULAR & TIMBER CONSTRUCTION (PTY) LTD is in existence since 1951.
We are operating from our own factory in Bloemfontein with undercover factory area of 7200m2. We manufacture 92% of all components required for the modular and timber buildings with our fully equipped factory and store facilities. The machinery and equipment in our factory has got a market value of R13,57 million.
Our system is backed by the Agrement Board of SA with certificate No 89/191 and also registered with the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) under certificate No 349. All the major financial institutions in SA finance our buildings.
We do our own deliveries to building sites; inspections are carried out by our own building inspectors and with the necessary technical administrative and sales teams from Bloemfontein
We have 21 building teams in the field and a total staff complement of 146 people. At present we are busy with building contracts in Guinea, Tanzania, Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho and all over South Africa. Apart from the fact that the major financial institutions, government departments and large corporate clients, approved our buildings, we also build individual houses for our clients on a daily basis.
