How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
If you are running Windows do the following:
1) Download and run scan using Malwarebytes (https://ninite.com/malwarebytes)
2) Run command prompt from start menu (right click to run as administrator). Once the black DOS screen shows up, run "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" (without quotes). This will download an up to date image of Windows onto your computer (it uses the internet connection, so make sure you are connected). Thereafter run "sfc /scannow" (also without quotes), this will so a System File Check (SFC) and compare the image just downloaded to the Windows you have and fix your Windows if it has underlying problems.
3) Update and run the MalwareBytes monthly to keep you computer clear of malware. Note: You don't need to buy the program, the free version works well.
