    We booked a party bus for my daughter's birthday. The bus broke down in a busy intersection. We had to cross the intersection with 5 kids and walk to the venue. The company's way of resolving this matter was to send a limo that could only transport half the guests at a time and expected the other half to wait over an hour to be collected from the venue. Upon enquiring feedback after the incident i was told its unfortunate but things like this happen

    We were provided a party bus and what we received was atrocious, the bus was old and dirty, the blinds and aircon did not work, no laser or led lights. I am not even sure the bus was roadworthy the driver could not go faster than 60-80km/h. He used a pen to close the door. After many calls, we were told that it was not an emergency so no need to call back. We were met with resistance. They blamed even though their site said otherwise. No interest to find a resolution or explain what happened. I would definitely NOT recommend this company at all. Be careful.
