It all depends with what is wrong or what need to be done, but all I can say I charge the prices which are government gazeted or recommended.

Very affordable in some situations, if the customer is within the 50km radius it will be free call out fee.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

First of All I check to see either is the AC or Fridge worth repairing or not, if not I will explain to the client. For instance if the fridges finnish gas and have an internal leak I would advise my clients to get a new fridge, as this might cost them a lots of money to fix or it might not be repairable anymore due to rusted internal pipes.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

The actual reason why they think the AC or Fridge is faulty, as well as how long have that been, cause in some circumstances someone will say will say the Air-Con is not working in which it might be the remote battery that needs to be replaced.
