What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Because of the nature of the industry telephonic quotes will not apply but an onsite inspection and assessment of the site will give the contractor and client a clearer understanding of what needs to be done.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Yes and we carry a one year guarantee, accidents and natural disasters don't apply to the guarantee.

Customer should ask for a professional recommendation and assessment from the service provider.
