    James, contacted me, said call out fee is R350, he was there for 10min, just clean two parts of the machine, didn't even clean up where he worked, and charged me R950 that is his labour rate. Will not recommend them to anyone.

    James from Kratos Appliance Repairs (through Superior Appliance Repairs) contacted me to shedule a time to come out to fix my dishwasher. He did come to my house, looked at the dishwasher, fiddled around for a while, charged me R380 and told me he’d call me the following day with a quote for a part. Never heard from him again. Appalling service. In fact, I wonder if this is not a scam.

    On Monday 21 Aug 2023 James from your company came to repair my dishwasher and I paid him R1 350,00. The machine is not fixed and still leaks water.
