    Was paid in full to do waterproofing, did 10% of the work. Set date for 26 april 2024 to come complete the work, ghosted. before he ghosted paid 60% of invoice for epoxy flooring & replacement of extractor fan. 3rd grade concrete used for floor followed by painting orange toxic chemical on floor which is not epoxy. He sent his brother in law & labourers off the street to do concrete screeting(already chips in the concrete) & we had to pay the labourers. Brother in law came with the toxic sludge(to apply with his wife and baby to tug on the heart strings) . Quintos booyse. Takes money, runs
