How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
1. Become more energy-efficient before considering going solar as it affects the overall system requirements, and you may end up needing a much smaller system than before;
2. Consider a Solar Water heating system or Gas Geyser as well as a Gas stove before considering solar;
3. The truth is, savings really only start after you have received a return on investment from your initial capital layout;
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
1. Ideally, we need to know your usage habits;
2. Average monthly consumption over a 12 month period;
3. Location of property, the direction the roof is facing, and the type of roofing structure the property has;
4. We need to know the purpose of the system, grid-connected backup, off-grid, hybrid or to save on monthly electricity?
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Yes, we have Public Liability insurance and guarantee our workmanship for 1 year. All product warranties are honored according to the Manufacturer. We supply a copy of our Warranties policy with each installation;
What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

SESSA houses the Renewable Energy Ombud in Southern Africa, and companies that are registered with SESSA have been vetted to be fully trained, accredited, and certified to perform solar installations. If a company does not hold a SESSA membership, they are not fully accredited and provide you as the consumer with no protection.

We cater to all markets, we take our time to understand the needs of the customer and design a system based on the requirement, however, we firstly advise on optimizing energy use and provide a worst case and best case quote in comparison, but we do not compromise on the quality of the products and for this reason, we only use well-known and trusted brands that are available and supported by local OEM Vendors. We do not touch cheap, imported, and mass-produced rubbish that is of sub-standard quality.
We will never compromise on the quality of a product in order to get a sale and we will also never offer cheap products that can not be supported locally because this leads to unhappy customers and ultimately disputes.
