How do you normally charge for your service?
Private training is by appointment only and consists of an initial Meet & Greet with the family to observe first hand the dogs and families problems and to set up a training plan.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
They need to complete our Training & Behavioural forms before we can quote.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We are a registered business and if you have pet medical aid you can claim for training & behaviour sessions as we do provide an invoice.
No dog training can be guaranteed unless the owners are 100% on board with the training programme.
What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
Are you accredited with a recognised institute such as the Dunbar Academy.
Do you have 3rd party insurance in the event their dog is injured whilst in your care.
Do you carry a K9 medical kit in your vehicle and do you know what to do?
