Joseph left with parts of my fridge after 50% deposit was paid. More than 2 months ago he said that he would contact me. Since then i cannot get hold of him, does not answer my calls nor responds to voice messages, WhatsApp or e mail. If i knew this would be the rotten service i would get, i would rather have given the work to somebody else. zero out of 10 for service.

Joseph took the fridge in for repairs and never returned it. Despite numerous messages to ask what is going on, to return the fridge and even threats to take further action, Joseph ignored all messages and calls. Despite read receipts showing he read the messages, he ignored them. We still have not received the fridge back or had a reply to days of messages.

This guy is not who he presents. Do not trust him or pay any money if the work is not completed. Conveniently he now does not respond when I ask for my money. Yet I can see he read the message. I don't know what work he did for other people but all he told me was a lot of lies. He could not source a pump yet I could and this ain't my line of business. Should you want to know more I will gladly assist.
