Visits premises, promise to provide quote but then does not respond to calls or emails. After weeks of waiting for Gerard, I will have to find someone else. If I knew beforehand that he does not deliver on his promises, I would have contracted another electrician.

I was in fact in contact with you several times. I made 2 visits to the house and made repairs to power tripping. The 2nd visit I spent 3 hours doing a full Inspection, which I didn't charge you for, and only got half way because of all the faults found. You said you don't have money for the repairs. I asked the company that you contacted first if they could do the work instead. I'm sure they have contacted you by now. I hope you get it sorted and all the best going forward.

25 Years Electrical Maintenance & Installation experience. I supply Compliance Certificates. Qualified at ECA (Electrical Contractors Association). Wireman's Lisence from ECA for the wiring of premises as per SANS 10142-1

Quotations are free. I charge for labor per hour. Minimal travelling costs for first hour only. Material costs.

What makes your pricing competitive?

I have a small sole proprietor business with low overheads and staff. I don't believe in getting rich overnight and have a good standing relationship with suppliers for the best material discounts.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

For honesty, misunderstanding and accuracy purposes, I only do quotations once I have been to the property or premises and assessed myself what is required.

I guarentee my work.

Ask to see their Registration and License papers.

How can you trust someone you have never met. I can say this though.........Once I have done work for you, then you won't want to use anyone else. Thank you
