Unfair and fraudulent service. Damaged Lorenzo couch delivered after a Promise to replace once new stock arrive, thereafter I had to run after the shop for 3 months without any assistance. Calls, Emails, shop visits and even chats. I don’t wish to ever consider buying. Manager sakes persons all don’t care about customer satisfaction
