Our Journey started in 2015 when we met for the first time at O.R Tambo International airport. Both of us our way to Florida, USA. To work at the same Country club. Where we realized we have a mutual passion for hospitality, food and people.

We started Food with Thought because I want everyone to taste and love Francois food and as much as I do. I am extremely passionate about business, Francois passion and talent that God has given him.
Francois is a international qualified chef. Nothing gives Chef Francois more pleasure than seeing people enjoy his meals. He loves what he does and our kitchen is his favorite place to be.
Our Authentic home cooked frozen meals are crafted in our own home with tremendous amounts of passion and love.
