As an experienced tour guide and Tour Operator, I will make sure your tours are carried out in a professional manner, providing you with a personalized, exciting experience. My list of returning and referred clientele speaks to the satisfaction of my service. I am your guide and you need not worry about who the guide might be as when booking with bigger Tour Companies!!!

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

Providing bespoke touring services to my clients, whether it be a Day tour or for a few weeks. I can safely offer you advise regarding all aspects of touring in South Africa including of course add-ons to our neighbouring countries such a Namibia & Zimbabwe to experience Victoria Falls and Botswana or Namib desert Safaris.

How do you normally charge for your service?

After discussing the specifics of your custom designed tour, I will then create a quote/proposal based on your specific requirements.

What makes your pricing competitive?

I have as Executive Touring have been in the industry for many years and have always strived to give my customers the best price possible while still staying competitive. But one needs to take into account the quality and specialized services you will receive - dealing directly with me from the beginning planning up until the end of your tour. This is something not always catered for.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Please note that generally my quotes exclude all entrances and activities so you know you are paying the net rate without add-ons by the Tour Operators as they usually do. Group Tours might be a lot cheaper than a Private tour but one cannot compare the Tour and Experience you will have on a Private guided tour.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

I would need to know which tour the client is interested in and of course the dates for the tour. Then I will need to know of any custom arrangements, such as type of accommodation or extras you would like to add if this is more than a 1-day tour. And of course names, ages of tour group members and their specific interests where possible.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes, I am an insured business and carry all the required permits and licencing. My testimonials are proof of customer satisfaction.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Clients should be asking about all aspects of the tour they have in mind. This will ensure that the client will be aware of exactly what they are going to experience and paying for. After discussing the tour in full, the client should be able to see if they have the right service professional, or if they will need someone else for their tour.
