Electronique are electrical contractors to the domestic, commercial and industrial markets based in East London in the Eastern Cape. The business was established by Wayne Nicholas in 1999 when he started out with one vehicle and no staff other than his wife Sue who did his admin for him! From doing all the work himself Wayne has grown the business to the point where Electronique now employs 3 qualified technicians and 3 apprentices, in addition to the two qualified partners. The business grew to the point where Wayne needed a partner as he found himself becoming more and more office bound. He consequently brought in his brother Sharn as a partner in 2005. Sharn is also a qualified electrician (Installation Technician).
Wayne himself is a Master Installation Electrician, Chairman of the border region ECA (Electrical Contractors Association), Vice Chairman of the National Technical Committee of the ECA and also a member of the National Executive Committee
