Exercise extreme caution when engaging with them. They demand immediate payments, alleging that transferred funds do not appear in their bank account. Subsequently, they push for cash payments with promises of refunds upon verification of funds. However, they fail to reimburse the amount after a few days and may even increase the originally quoted sum. This company's actions appear deceitful at every turn.

This customer has been refunded R 1575 a clerical was corrected and the extra work was done on his vehicle. The client refuses to wait the normal time for an EFT to go through. We have send him a POP that shows the refund.

Tell me everything they can about the problem, it helps to minimise the time take to find the problem. Do not leave a small problem untill it gets to be a major problem. Do all services on time and according to manufacture's standards.

I need to know the Vin number, Engine number and what is wrong as seen by the client.
