How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1) We do not charge for call-outs 2) We'll send through a quotation free of charge 3) We may also need to provide a visual for you confirming exactly what you need done, which is also free of charge. Once approved, we then begin drawing the artwork in which artwork fees will be charge. If the customer can provide us with their artwork in a high resolution format that we can use, then no artwork fees will apply.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

1) A clear description / example of what you're looking at getting done. 2) Sizes (if Signage / Printing), Vehicle Make, Model and Colour (if Vehicle Branding) 3) If installation is required 4) Place of installation and / or delivery area (customers can also choose to collect form us)

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes we are insured. All our materials have a guarantee on them. Guarantees depend on the types of materials used.
