Run by known scam artist Mark Levy and his wife Toni Levy. He goes by the name Max Hurwitz. The real company is An Arke Services but they stopped using that name in public due to the amount of scams run. Rather choose a more honest business.

We offer a 24 hour service 7 days a week even on all public holidays. We also do our best to keep our prices competitive! We service all areas in Johannesburg and Pretoria.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Our head electrician is a qualified mater electrician with over 30 years experience. All other electricians are qualified with at least 10 years experience. Our head electrician overseas all work done at all sites.

We specialize in emergency after hours work when most companies are closed. We also specialize in fault finding, tripping circuits and upgrading board to be compliant with safety standards

How do you normally charge for your service?

We will give you an obligation fee quotation, If you accept the quotation given we will do the work immediately and you can make payment on completions in cash, by EFT or by card/credit card on site with our mobile YOCO card machine.

We try keep our prices at or below industry standards to remain affordable for all clients.

Try make sure the fault is not a municipal fault before we come especially at night so that you are not liable for an afterhours call out fee.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Weather you own the property or are renting as this affects payments. A full comprehensive test will be done on site to determine the cause of the issue before any quote is given as each situation and problem is unique.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We provide a 6 month guarantee on all work done however we cannot be accountable for weather damage or municipal damage that occurs after the repair such as lightning or a surge. If we have supplied you with a faulty device from our supplier we will replace it and return the faults device to our supplier at no additional cost to you.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Make sure the electrician has all the tools necessary to do all the appropriate test to determine the cause of the problem so that it can be prevented from happening again.
