We offer three options according to the amount of work required and the size and duration of the project:
Hourly Rates: Small to Medium Projects
Per Square Meter Rates: Medium to Large Projects
Percentage Rates: Large to Very Large Projects
What makes your pricing competitive?
We charge rates that are based on the IID fee structure.

We offer a free initial consultation.
We encourage our clients to do some research before they consult the professional.
If the client has a clear brief, we are able to supply a free quotation; We offer a questionnaire to help the client compile a clear brief.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
What is the client's estimated budget? (This is important because we work according to what the client can afford at any given stage of the project)
What kind of service(s) does the client want? In as much detail as possible. E.g. Construction, Architectural, Interior Design, Interior Decor, Irrigation, Plumbing, Gas Installation, etc.
Is the client building a new structure or renovating an existing one?
Does the client require product sourcing? (We are able to source furniture and decor items on behalf of the client and compare quotes to present to the client)
Does the client require project management services (We are able to mange all project aspects on behalf of the client from start to finish, thus saving the client time)
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
