Wayne Burgin ( Executive Chef) Studies at IHS Hotel School before spent many years in some of South Africa’s top five star hotels and a five star train the Rovos Rail, then broadened his horizons by working in the UK at the Dorchester Hotel in London and working as a culinary chef on a private island the Scilly isles. When Wayne returned to SA he helped open a few fine dining restaurants, a cooking school and consulted too many other food operations. He then started Chef Knows Best corporate catering During this time Chef Wayne competed in cooking competitions and was a contestant on a cooking Show SA Chopped which he won and became SA Chopped Champion.
