The rate charged is based on the distance traveled, the dimensions and weight of the items as well as the difficulty of extracting and delivering the goods i.e taking a 2 door fridge to the 4th floor.

- Pack all your goods into boxes, wrap all glass and fragile objects with bubble wrap before packing it away in boxes or arrange for this to be done by our team. - Visit the drop off point and ensure that the area is accessible considering the size of your goods. - Ensure that you are able to stick to the agreed time frame i.e if the job is scheduled for 10:00am, be prepared accordingly.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

List of items to be moved, description of the pick up and drop off zones i,e are both pick up and drop off zones on the ground floor, distance of the trip and is there a need for us to provide you with packaging material.
