Each and every project gets costed on it's own. I do not work on average rates. My 1st price is my best price. Deposit on acceptance (to secure dates) and balance on completion.

Each project gets costed on its own. Only use quality materials procured at competitive prices. I identify possible problems in the Quotation phase. No unforseen surprises to the clients pocket.

Customers can save money by: 1). Making sure Cape Outdoor Decking is the only contractor on site while doing the installation. 2). Excavation (if needed) done prior to us getting to site. 3). Irrigation and grass under deck area removed prior to deck installation.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

1). Deck size. 2). Height of deck. 3). Floor option. 4). Any additional items like Balustrade, Steps, Screens, Storage boxes and the like.
