Terms and Conditions
1. All prices exclude VAT. Should VAT invoice be required, 14% VAT will be charged.
2. Price quoted is valid for 30 days from date of quotation, subject to change.
3. Bookings must be confirmed 10 days prior to function.
4. A 60% deposit ( cash/EFT ) is payable on confirmation date.
5. No cheque payments will be accepted.
6. Final confirmation of the number of guests is required 5 working days prior to the function.
7. A map, directions or GPS coordinates of the venue must be supplied beforehand.
8. The balance of payment ( cash/EFT ) is payable on the day before the function or before the start of the function.
9. Additional travel costs may apply.
10. Should the serving time be postponed by the client for longer than 30 minutes later than the time indicated upon confirmation, we can not guarantee the quality of the food.
