I am reliable,professional and have good communication skills and respect other people for whom they are. I consider customers feelings and put myself into customers shoes when giving a price.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I have worked in the construction industry from an early age as my father was a contractor, after finishing my matric I went to work for his company for 5 years. I got training on how to set out foundations, bricklaying and tiling. I did plan reading at school and how to calculate plan scale and meters at school. I have employed well trained artisans for carpentry and plastering.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

I specialise in Building(Brick work) I am able to set out foundations of given plans to the finishing of the house. Good with setting and laying tiles.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I charge per square meter and fixed prices. This goes in hand with the amount of work.

What makes your pricing competitive?

I do charge standard rates and also according to National Building costs for certain areas, I also put myself on customers shoes after pricing to see whether I have went over board as we are humans before money. I do not wish to work for free but so do I consider the customers feelings.

Exact size of work. I need to have a site inspection in order for me to know the environment and what exactly needs to be done and challenges of were I will be getting my materials and keeping materials.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

I am not insured but do keep my promise as it is my number one priority. Depending on the type of materials used, we do offer guarantee to our work.
