Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

We are a small company that has plans to stay very long in the industry while also expanding nationally and even continenatlly.In order for all tomorrow's plans to be accomplished, we believe that we need to give all clients an outstanding service.The out standing service will in return help us to get more reference clients and subsequently grow.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I currently only hold an experience, no qualification/s or any form of training. I am however working on getting National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) accreditation. As a result, I have started investing most of my spare time on reading the NHBRC manual.I can not to purport to be in compliance with body as that will only be proven by the certificate once we accredited.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

General building and carpentry.

How do you normally charge for your service?

For roofs with either IBR or corrugated iron, I charge R120.00 per square metre on single storey building and no plastic or sasilation.

What makes your pricing competitive?

I can not claim to be charging reasonable prices because we focus much on giving good quality and good quality requires one to spend enougm time to do the project.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1.Set up a debit order of 60% of what you want to save for you upcoming project. 2.Open a 32 days notice account with bank of your choice to save 40% of what you want to save for fanancing your project. 3.The 60% will help you with buying of material that is not on special from surrounding hardwares while taking advantage of the special offers with some of your 40% saving and using some to pay the service provider.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

The drawing specifications, how far is the material likely to be and the ground on which the house is to be built.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

No insurance at the moment but do give guarantee to our work in line with requirements of NHBRC.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

It is very subjective question to me.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

We are working on growing the company and for us to successfully do that, we need to have principles on which we do business within.Business ethics is the core and we try not be so desperate for the job to the extent that we charge the price that will compromise the quality of the job.
