I am a small business and therefore all my clients and their dogs receive personalized service. I am friendly, experienced and well trained in what I do. I am passionate and love my job!

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I have 2 internationally recognized diplomas (both passed with academic colors) from PetSense College in SA and have been working with dogs for many years

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

I specialize in obedience training and helping owners communicate better with their dogs. I also do behavior modification and make my sessions as fun and easy to understand as possible.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I charge an initial assessment fee, payable upfront. After that I charge per session needed.

What makes your pricing competitive?

My pricing is in line with trainers in the area and you are getting the most from services offered because of the dedication I have to each client and their needs

Not at the moment but definitely in the future - my business is still new

To do extensive research before adopting a dog whether it's a puppy or adult dog and learn about the breeds. Getting a dog breed that is well suited to your lifestyle will save you lots of money and frustrations.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

I will send an assessment form to the client and that needs to be filled in before I make a date to start

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Not yet insured as my business is still new but I can guarantee my work as I have references.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

What type of training methods do you use? This is vital as there are unfortunately still some trainers out there that are using outdated and aversive methods which only promotes fear and sometimes aggression in dogs.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

I am exceptionally reliable, I love what I do so my clients will always get 100% effort from me. I am enthusiastic and thrive on seeing my clients and their dogs learn and grow together. I am very understanding that everyone and their dogs have individual needs and I cater specifically for that.
