How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1) Position your piano against an inside wall to maintain its tuning and good condition. 2) Tune the piano regularly, at least yearly, to prevent accumulated deterioration. 3) Make sure to get a professional evaluation, by a technician, before buying a second hand piano.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

I need to open the piano, before I can provide a full quotation. A standard tuning is usually an option.

I work hard, efficiently and I'm committed to getting excellent results. Piano tuning is my passion, not just my job. I personally don't play pianos that aren't properly tuned, and I'm therfore committed to keeping the pianos in my community tuned as well. Music is life.
