    This business is a scam. Materials paid for but most never delivered - job started but not completed dragged over months and kept asking for more money to pay his workers or for materials. What little was done had be be redone by other contractors when were left in the lurch, he lied constantly didn’t pitch up on arranged meetings and then ghosted us.

    Job was not completed. Paid for materials were not delivered. Work done is substandard and needs to be redone. Building inspections were not organised as promised. Legal action is being taken.

Big projects i charge for the entire project. Smaller call outs or maintenance per hour depending on the scope of works etc.

I don't put a mark up on materials , I just charge my labour price. No overtime rates .

Any reaccurring clients never pay call out fees. Additional to that depending on scope of works clients receive a 10% discount on labour.

Yes I am . All workmanship has 1 year guarantee. All parts or materials carry suppliers gurantee.

As the client you should know what you and from speaking to the contractor you should pick up if he knows what his doing .
