We have a 1 bedroom unit that needs the following:
- Painting of some walls
- Bathroom ceiling and walls to be painted, sink to be taken out
- Shower tiles to be taken out and tiled again
- Kitchen border along sink to be tiled
- Borders to be tiled
- Fitting of sink.
