Replace 60m2 of laminate flooring
Open and fix cracked wall in three places
Replace ceiling in kitchen (3x3)and bathroom(3x2) skim and paint
Replace super wood enclosing I beam (15mx0.5m)
Repaint walls
Treat areas with anti fungal solution
Replace board covering geyser and replace cupboard below.
