Job Description:
My son (13 years old bought a new computer) - Brand new. He bought a Mimecast game (online, to be down loaded with a link) cannot seem to get this done. He is in Hostel and only come home on weekends (he needs to be there)
Any chance on a Friday morning consult? (yeah, its a public holiday.............)
