Walls
• Remove wall tiles
• Skim wall where tiles have been removed where required
• Tile walls as per design
• Paint remaining walls
• Note: Client to supply all tiles, trimmings, tile adhesive, grout and finishing accessories.
• Assumption: 400mm to 600mm square tiles in a square pattern

Electrical
• Supply and install new wall socket for dishwasher
• Supply and install new wall socket for fridge
• Install 1x pendants above island
• Install 4x new downlights in kitchen
• Move existing plug to above counter
• Replace plug covers where required
• Disconnect and re-connect stove/oven point
• New extractor fan point and installation
• Note: Client to supply lights
• Note: Clipseal S2000 Range wall plugs

Plumbing work
• Blank off 2x existing plumbing points
• Disconnect and re-connect sink
• New plumbing point for dishwasher
• Note: Client to supply taps, sinks and all other accessories

Ceiling
• Paint ceiling on completion of kitchen only
5
Gas
• Disconnect and re-connect existing installation
• Note: Client to supply gas bottle (9kg).
