Solar Panels Job - Norscot, GP, 2055

I connected my solar panells according how it said I should in the inverters instruction manual it's been a couple of days and I see the battery is not charging, I measured the voltage at the inverter coming from the panels coming in at 0.2 volts so there is definitely something wrong maybe a faulty solar panel but just need help to see what's wrong as I can't go into the roof to check myself.
