We are a delegation of 4 officials from Namibia that will be arriving in South Africa on 28 November 2021 on a Benchmarking exercise to community radios in Johannesburg, that are in proximity to Parktown. We will be hosted by the MDDA. We urgently need to arrange for transport that will assist us to get to the places we are visiting. Currently the MDDA is working on our programme and we are awaiting their feedback so that we know exactly which community radio stations we will visit.
We therefore urgently need an estimated cost implications on transport per day from 28 November to 4 December 2021. The travel itinerary is as follows:
- Arrival at OR Tambo: 28 November 2021 at 19:45 at Terminal A
- Visit to 5 community radios in proximity to Parktown : 29 November to 3 December 2021 from 09h00 - 16h00
- Departure from Joburg OR Tambo: 4 December 2021 at 06h30 at Terminal B
