After recent repairs done at the school we received a Non-Compliance Report/Notice
1. Pr - Existing non compliance's at the property -No R1 Lagging ( Lagging is a form of black insulation foam that is installed around the hot water piping mainly. It is a new requirement that has
been brought in +/- 4 years ago. It is only needed if the property is going to be sold .It is not for the clients insurance company to upgrade the client if it was not installed on the old system)-No Electrical isolator by the geyser. (Most new properties have
electrical isolator switches installed by the geyser. If there is not one installed it has to be noted on the new COC’s as a pre-existing condition. It is not for the client’s insurance company to upgrade the client. It will only be needed if the property is to be sold) -Existing shut off valve on the system
