Details

Must be done by 29 November. Paint shower and toilet area plus underside of roof -
Scrape thoroughly and sand and prime bare patches as required. Walls about 50 square metres, 2 coats interior white PVA. Ceiling about 12 square metres, 2 coats white roof paint. Access is by arrangement with keyholder. You supply materials and tools.
