Please build me an app that allows people to purchase at any shop or restuarant in their areas, and then have their items delivered by a driver for whom the order was given. People should have the option to pay online or in cash. On the app there should be an option for the customer to be able to tip the driver 5% to 10% or more. Customers should also have the option to cancel the tip. The driver will be paid for every order he delivers. NB! Just want to know what such an app will cost so I consider my options
