Land Surveyor Job - North End, EC, 6001

To determine that the 1.5 that shows on my plan, but that the neighbours is using actually belong to me. It seems that it was a bussiness previously but the previous owners turned it into a dwelling. The are actual lines on my plan stating that and the measurement, 1.5 meters. The neighbours have a dumped rubble next to my wall and now my house is rodent invested. I cannot even open my kitchen window or lounge window seeing it face that way. And because of possible other creepy crawlies like spiders.
