Handyman Job - Alberton, GP, 1450

New to Johannesburg, renting a house. Sliding door off track and needs readjusting, toilet seat needs replacing (have new toilet seat), screws on cupboards throughout the house need tightening, a couple door locks need repair or changing. If possible, a temporary small ramp, or easier access, needs to be built at the front door or sliding door entrance.
