Urgently require a service to pick up my Disabled Parking Permit from the QuadPara Offices on Monday 21st, or Tuesday 22nd at the latest, as follows:
1. Pick up my new Disabled Parking Permit from the Natal QuadPara Offices at the address of 19 & 23 Second Avenue, Ashley, Pinetown, KZN.
2. Deliver it to my home at Unit 22, Rolling Hills Country Club, 16 Autumn Drive, Prestondale, Umhlanga Rocks, 4319!
3. My QuadPara Membership Number is “Life Membership Number KZN 12-41”. My driver’s licence was cancelled 2 or 30 years ago and my wife will not drive more than 6 Kilometres from our home. I have also been unable to get anyone else to collect the Permit for me! Please also use a copy of this email as your authorisation to collect the Permit. Please advise me of your price and bank details and I will make an EFT payment to pay you by Monday or as soon as:
1. I know the price and agreed to the this!
2. The permit is delivered to me at my home!.
